Synopsis

This report brings together the abstracts presented at the First International Conference on the Phenomenon of Artificial Intelligence: “The AI Revolution and its Ethical Frontiers.” Conceived as a space for meeting and deliberation, the conference opened a pluralistic and rigorous dialogue on the challenges that artificial intelligence poses to our institutions, our ways of life, and our very understanding of what it means to be human. Researchers, students, and professionals from fields as diverse as law, philosophy, medicine, psychology, education, engineering, and the humanities shared reflections that reflect the richness, complexity, and urgency of the topic.
